We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bad Bunny x NFL limited edition gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in the original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
